Tilapia, rubbed in a spice mixture, then seared on the grill - with a little seasoned tartar sauce.
Pre-made potato cakes :( - but redeemed by cooking them on the grill with extra seasoning!
Fresh summer salad - mostly from the garden (not the tomatoes yet!)
